It served our purpose of overnighting in Mersing before our trip to Tioman. In that sense very convenient, good price, and easy access. Mr Fong, the owner of the house, was very helpful when addressing inquiries.

Location was perfect. Easy to walk around the area for food or groceries. Very close to the Mersing jetty. The space was also great - there was plenty of room for a big or small group - 5 bedrooms! Our kids enjoyed the foosball table. Our stay was short but we would definitely book here again and bring our friends. The contacts were very helpful - communication was excellent - easy check in/check out process. And they even went above and beyond our expectations -- my daughter left a small item in the bedroom -- the property contacts found the item and sent it back to us. Wow!!

Neighbourhood was silent and cosy. Eating places and shopping areas are just a few minutes drive away. Clean. With aircon in each room. TV don't have much chanel but we are fine with that

Finding decent accomodation in a port town like Mersing can be difficult. However KB Guesthouse will always be our place to stay from now on - good clean rooms and bathrooms, nice toiletries, free snacks - a very nice touch, very good communications by Whatsapp. Nice clean easy place to stay. We actually stayed here for 3 days previously as our boat to Tioman was cancelled - Mersing is a very nice, friendly town, we would stay for a few days in future when we come as we did enjoy ourselves here.

Stayed overnight to catch the ferry to Tioman. The host even arranged a taxi to the Jetty the next morning for me! Very helpful. No problems finding the place, just type it in Google maps and it'll lead you right there. Self check in went smoothly thanks to the explanations provided by the host. The room was clean, spacious and had good AC - all you need really. It's basically one room (with its own lock and key) in a big house, the other facilities are shared between all the guests. There is a washing machine as well.
