Checking in was a nightmare and stressfull No one at reception. The people who manage the place don't answer their phones. The keys were in the wrong box. The place was filthy, torn curtains in the bathroom, stained bed sheets etc.... Didn't give us enough bath towels. The toilet wasn't screwed to the floor properly. So it was very unsafe to sit on the toilet. I won't recommend this particular unit to anyone, unit 12 on the 12th floor.

I had a great stay here! The room was very comfortable with A/C and the shared spaces have everything you need, there's even a kitchen to cook something. The owner is welcoming and friendly, and she responds quickly to any questions via Whatsapp. Would love to stay here again if I ever return to KK!
