Both the location and accommodation have a "villagey" feel to them as opposed to any downtown city hotel. For us this was a good experience. We had air con and ensuite bathroom. The host could not have been more helpful offering many services. Also there is an excellent Malay restaurant (the RESTORAN AL INSYIRAH BAROKAH ) just around the corner, open for breakfast then all the way through. The staff there are great too. Further afield there are many other good restaurants in that area.

Such a good price for the spacious room with a queen bed plus a single bed. Nice owner can tolerate. Definitely will stay here again.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We brought our own breakfast. We traveled to Puteri Gunung Ledang Waterfall early morning .So we bought our food there.Came back abit late back to our homestay. So our extra deposit payment of RM 50 wasn't refundable. Its ok but we had fund staying there.
Perfect location for Gunung Ledang Hiker, food available nearby the homestay, owner is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
