While there was a microwave, a kettle, plates and cups, we could only wash dishes in the sink in the bathroom which is not really preferable location and the sink was slow draining already. It is a quiet residential area but no grocery stores or cafes nearby. Guest would need to bring ready to eat food and breakfast. Milk, teas and instant coffee are provided.

    We stayed here since there was a wedding function held in Pukekohe Indian Hall which was right across the street, which was very convenient for us. Lynn was a great host - she added one more bed for us, to make sure everyone was comfortable.

    Fantastic breakfast choices. Loved the free range eggs. Loved the friendly animals, and the country setting. We wanted to host family who live in Auckland, and to get together for my 73rd birthday. It was pretty much perfect for that; fine weather, outside deck and plenty of seating inside, and a big breakfast bar to present our platters. Happy day. We'll be tempted to make this an annual celebration. Thank you.
