A recently renovated guest house situated in Dairy Flat, Lifestyle Guesthouse features a garden.

Lovely quiet rural setting outside of Auckland and a short drive to supermarkets etc. Lovely outlook from main bedroom and lounge - second bedroom also had a pleasant aspect. An extensive selection of books to read, Toys for any children that might visit. Huge Shower (Double - shower at each end) Bidet toilet, Twin sinks. Beds were very comfortable, Guesthouse was nice and warm, rooms were a good size.

We paid and then we were told that only 2 people could stay..it was not mentioned on the advert. . We requested a refund but did not receive it.

We weren't expecting the breakfast, so it was a lovely surprise. Cereals, fresh fruit and milk. Beautiful location, very quiet. Fabulous decor, homely, and wonderful extra treats, a very special touch.

Just a suggestion not a dislike … possibly could have top sheet on bed instead of just duvet incase it’s too hot to have duvet over you while sleeping but otherwise excellent accommodation

    Great location for us to visit family. Our hosts were very welcoming and great to chat to or be left alone if you wanted privacy. Accommodation was very welcoming,clean and cosy with a comfortable bed Tea and coffee provided with some cereal, yoghurt and milk for breakfast which was a bonus. Also there was use of the shared kitchen and lounge area with a great patio dining area outside weather permitting Both Chrissy and Jim are great hosts we would highly recommend to stay

    Such a well set out cottage. Has all the comforts of home. Lovely hosts and a great location. Stayed here with two children and it was perfect for us. Highly recommend. Beds are very comfy, kitchen has all you need to cook meals. Would gladly stay again.
