This is quite a wonderful villa, very well equipped and it has an amazing pool that our kids loved. The place is even walking distance to the Nizwa old town if you wanted to walk. Azzan was a good host though we never met him in person.
We had some snags, as the keys to the front door were missing (and Azzans team replaced the locks when we notified him) and there seemed to be an ant problem in the kitchen. We also found the TV to be a bit temperamental and it wouldn’t let us access the streaming services without shutting off.
But overall, a fairly top end experience and a great stay in Nizwa.
