The lady is nice and helpful. It is a villa that has been converted into a hostel. Clean and spacious rooms. A large shared kitchen. A beautiful outdoor garden. Indoor and outdoor parking. Excellent location. I thank the lady for upgrading my room to a master.

Very authentic experience, at the gates of Muscat (30 minutes max from the city attractions), we got a very pleasant stay at this place, a different and rich experience for kids and family, a nice concept and a warm owner present at the facility and helpful if needed.
A bonus: They have a professional coffee barista and superb cold brew coffee with variety of flavors.

The room was clean, cosy and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was also well equipped. The location is ideal, with restaurants and shops close by. Ahmed has been a wonderful host, he’s very responsive and quick to answer any questions, as well as help out. I would be happy to come back, if I had to!
