Ely is super helpful and nice, the property is in the middle of the island so gives you privacy and is very quiet and good for relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need, I just cooked my breakfast there but pretty sure you can cook your daily 3-5 meals. The terrace space is beautiful for reading, chill and to see the new year fireworks :)

My daughter and I stayed in the king suite with view of the water. Other reviews said the room was hot but we were actually cold and used a blanket due to the water breeze and fan. The room also had an outdoor shower and hot tub. David was an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Mosana Reef Garden B&B is set in Bluff Beach, 3.1 mi from Bocas Town and 16 mi from Buena Vista. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site....

We stood at Mosana for 3 nights while in Bocas. It was the most lovely B&B. The house is surround by gardens and the ocean is front facing. The rooms are comfortable. I was initially concerned with not having AC during our stay but we were fine with the fans and at no point were we hot. You can purchase large containers of water from them as well. Nadia is very attentive and quick to respond to our messages and answer all our questions. The breakfast and dinner are amazing, make sure to try them. They help you get taxis when you need them, it’s about $20 to the airport and $15 into town. Playa Buff/escondido is a 10 minute walk and further down the beach there is a place to rent chairs and have lunch. I highly recommend staying it’s a jungle paradise by the ocean.

Hostal Hansi is in Bocas del Toro, 17 minutes' walk from El Istmito Beach. It is 164 feet from the docks. All rooms are private, some have a terrace, TV, air conditioning and hot water.

Good Wi-Fi for working remote. Great location. Hot shower water. A full kitchen to use to make meals

Exactly what I was looking for. Pineapple House Bocas is perfect for couples who want to explore Bocas and the surrounding islands without sacrificing comfort. Mabel manages the property exceptionally and attended to our every need. We already booked again for next year.

    Loved staying at Skullys. Great spot. Very well thought out and welcoming. The dorm rooms are amazing, built like the inside of a ship! Very well equipped kitchens and good food storage. Staff are very professional and helpful. Activities going on which the locals come to so great place to meet people. Restaurants on site, can be a bit hit and miss. It’s 3kms from town but only a short taxi ride which they can organise for you.

    My stay was amazing - great hosts, delicious food, super peaceful on the island. You can go paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling - all from the house. Each house has a small gardenarea around it which is covered so it feels very private. There is also a pool ! You can't leave the place to go to any shops because the only way out is by boat, which feels very luxurious !

    Positive vibes from locals in general - mostly hardworking and pleasant people. Unfortunately and in contrast to the general vibe of the islands, our host was extremely rude. We would suggest that you go give your positive energy, enthusiasm to travel and money to other professionals in the region who better deserve that.

    Excelent choice in Bocas Town. Very good location. Close (by walk) to main boat docks and restaurant and bars. In pool area is very good chilli vibe. Staff is really nice and helpful, especially on recepcion. They organized everything for us, even the tours and boat took us on the hotel pier (so you dont need to negotiate with locals on street).

    Sally&Mike are great hosts, we felt like at home and the room has a nice cottage vibe, breakfast was delicious. All our never ending questions were answered , which we are grateful for 🙏 Worth to mention: filtered water available, also a little kitchen, complimentary bikes and kayaks.
