A little, family owned oasis, located in the heart of the city, next to a big shopping mall, but in a quiet street. Extremely clean, comfy bed, a hot water shower, excellent breakfast and a nice common area with a hammock. Very kind people who offer a top service.
I would highly recommend to stay there.

The breakfast was excellent. Very generous. Coffee and Juice, Pastries, Eggs.
The location is a little 'Picante' (or 'Marginal' as they would say in Paraguay.)
Absolutely no problems in the day but you need to take a little bit of care at night time, mainly because this is not a 'gringo' zone like Fernando Zona Norte (closer to Shopping Multiplaza.)
The family that owns the accomodation is lovely and go out of their way to be generous and helpful.
