Good location in the center of Stará Turá. We chose this location to be close to our chosen hiking trails in Bile Karpaty. Our double room was large, a bit dated, but clean. Breakfast was OK, as well as dinner.
A good location for a hassle-free stay in Čachtice, Pivnička pod Čachtickým hradom is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

Very clean, close to the castle, parking in front of the house. Decent internet, quiet at night. We stayed only for 1 night, so it was perfectly fine for our purpose.

We experienced a disturbing incident when someone opened our room door at 3:30 AM. We informed the manager, but their response was dismissive, repeatedly insisting that nothing like this ever happens. It was a truly frightening moment for us, yet the hotel showed little concern or initiative to investigate. I believe the staff needs to be more empathetic and take such situations more seriously.

if you are going to Elizabeth Báthory’s castle ruins, this is the perfect location. it is next to the trolly car that takes you to the ruins, it’s around many restaurants (and ice cream). the hotel itself is beautiful.
