I dont know why but I liked it, it was only realy basic stuff, small, but it depends on your priorities, I didnt came there to be in luxurious room, I only slept there, and chill for small part of days, I came to Koh Samui to train and see the Island, and after long days I enjoied to return to this room, close to beach, supermarket, Restaurant with good food with good quantity and price ratio, scooter rented also from there.

We had a bungalow right by the pool in the area of the new building (room with a king-size bed and pool view). The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The bungalow had many windows, making it very bright and well-lit. It was very clean, including the bungalow, the pool area, the garden, and the shared spaces/kitchen. We rented a scooter directly from the accommodation, and everything worked perfectly. The garden is beautiful and very well-maintained. What we particularly liked was that the air conditioning in this accommodation was not directed straight at the bed, as is often the case in other places in Thailand. This allowed us to sleep very well without the fear of getting sick. If you want to have breakfast at the accommodation, you can help yourself with eggs, toast, bananas, and cook small meals as everything you need, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, is available. We really enjoyed our stay, and even though the accommodation is near the road, we barely noticed the noise due to the garden. It’s within walking distance to the Fisherman Village and several small, very tasty restaurants like Ban Thai and Ran Khang Non. We highly recommend the Baan Yaimai Boutique Hotel!

Well what can we say except a big thank you to all the Jade Cottages Team .. who made r stay relaxing and fun . Will miss them all. Do not pass on this little gem it's an ideal location for all of Koh Samui fun spots and great beaches as well as good food spots.the retreat back to an oasis of a gem xx For got to mention the food is great too

It was one room in a gentlemen’s house however the room was very modern and clean. Big comfy bed and smart tv. Location wasn’t ideal but with transport you can easily go to places.

We really loved spending our time here. Our host Pascale was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious with good aircon and cleaned daily. A nice peaceful setting, we would highly recommend staying here

The staff was so lovely and welcoming and helpful with helping us book trips and extend our stay, we arrived early and we was able to check in earlier aswell which was a big help. Close to the beach aswell which is nice. I would highly recommend this place to stay when in koh samui
