Pi Kan and his parents made the farm stay feel like coming home. I stayed for 2 nights in one of the cottage homes. The atmosphere was refreshing, safe, peaceful, and beautiful. I am grateful for their kindness, from sharing in wonderful meals and conversations together, to exploring the plants and handmade items there. On the second day, Pi Kan lent me a bicycle to explore town, and on the final day, his Mom helped me find public transportation to return back to the city. I will never forget my experience, and hope to return some day, to my new friends at I Am I Farm!

This wasn’t just an incredible place to stay but also an amazing experience.
It was like being lead into a private village with your own cabin and steps down to a beautiful small river.
I felt very welcome after touring for days on a bike.
I don’t think I’d ever slept so well with the sound of the river.
I ordered the chicken set for food and this was brought to the cabin where the outside bbq was lit and cook it yourself.
Ingredients were so fresh. A lot is home grown.
Breakfast is the best I’ve had in Thailand to.
I highly recommend you put this place on your travel list if you want a completely unique experience when travelling in Thailand.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The most amazing setting. The two ladies who run the place are so sweet - just be prepared that they speak no English. Best to message the property through booking.com to communicate or attempt Google translate. They will simply do everything they can to accommodate any wish - for example I asked where I could buy fresh fruit nearby - they picked us a basket full from the garden. We had the suite with the bath outside but all the rooms looked amazing. Be prepared that this is a Homestay so expect rustic in places.
Best hotel/homestay experience we've ever had. The owners are very kind-hearted and will make sure you have an amazing stay. She cooks amazing Thai dishes. This place was one of the highlights of our travels through Thailand.
