I am here to request a full refund as I was unable to stay despite having paid for it. I was disrespected, felt discriminated against, and was not welcomed. The access door code did not work, and they did not want to let me in. The owner did not introduce themselves or was willing to discuss the refund with me. The only communication I had (and it was done in a very rude manner) was through a camera. I have proof to support my claims!

It was as advertised, easy to book and impeccably clean. All the facilities you could require were there and Janice was a great host. Would stay again when in Tampa.
