Beautiful place with a spacious room, very comfortable bed and bedding, I slept extremely well here which doesn't happen often for me. It has a nice pond right up front so you can relax while watching the fish have their fun. The owner is very friendly and happy to have a chat and help with whatever needed. He made coffee each morning and even offered some croissants to eat. Very affordable price and of great value

I had a wonderful stay at Ann Villas. I chose this area because it is peaceful. Ann Villas is very clean and well maintained. My room was large and had excellent A.C. and a comfy bed. The bathroom was right next to my room. All together, I thoroughly recommend as an alternative to staying in the Old Quarter. There were heaps of street food and restaurants nearby. A Grab taxi will only cost a couple of £ to get you into the heart of the Old Quarter.

Very affordable and great location surrounded by good eats and supermarket nearby. It is tucked away down an alley so it was super quiet, no noise from neighbours or dogs. The stairs were not an issue, just a few flights. The host was very lovely and accommodating!
