Nice size room, very comfortable and clean room. Air conditioning worked well. Very quiet. You will get some noise from the neighbours out in the street but it didn't stop me sleeping. Walking street about 15 minutes walk away

Kim and her staff are wonderful and. Iamsaigon is a bit of peacefull heaven in Saigon. We stayed there after a few weeks of touring Vietnam. We were all tired and the little oase with its green space and cooling clean pool gave us the room to gain strength to go out and se more in the beautiful city before going home. The rooms are nice with good beds, aircon and the blooming trees from the garden just outside the bacony. The common area was used by the students that lives there - so there were a quite and “hyggelig” mood in there. A kitchen and fridge gave us the opportunity to try some local foods our selfs. A home away from home The street is a very local area and you can find what you need close by. Kim also offers to give directions where to go. As an extra bonus we were allowed to stay in the room until we should go to the airport - and after an afternoon in the city we could cool down in the pool before the long flight home.

I had a really nice stay at the Homestay. The location of the homestay was really nice and everything was nearby. The room was really nice and clean. The Host was really helpfull and nice. Also the kitchen was a Great extra that I used. I Can only recommend to stay at the Qcub3.

Friendly staff, rooms are as described, no issues with WiFi or AC. Good location near bui vien walking street with minimal noise. We got room service everyday (although one day we slept in till 12 and someone just entered our room without knocking…) After 11.30pm you have to ring the bell to get in but the door is opened within minutes you don’t have to wait with no issues.

Nice to stay in a local area with a local family and their friendly dogs. Only a stone's throw to tourist central but far enough away to feel authentic. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Kind hosts who appeared to be a typical extended family.
