A new homestay run by a lovely family in a beautiful setting. I originally booked 3 nights, but I slept so well (nice mattress!) there that I stayed 6 nights in the end. I used their bicycles (free of charge for guests) every day but did not use the swimming pool. There are sweet, intimate seating areas outside - by the pool, by the river & more with a variety of chair styles you can relax in. Breakfast is included, and you get to choose what you'd like from the large menu, no problem as a vegetarian either. A final bonus is the presence of Moon, the small, curly haired wonder dog on site. He's shy at first, but once you are friends, there's unlimited puppy love to be had. :) It felt really welcoming and relaxing to be here.

Excellent service. We were greeted with fruit platter upon arrival and departure. The hotel is family owned, and they make their guests feel like a part of the family. Our laundry was done on premises by the owner, Lys, who did an excellent job! We used a night train to leave the Ninh Binh and were allowed to use shower upon leaving. We enjoyed our stay a lot! There were no problems with communication as the owners spoke English.

Located in the heart of Tam Coc. You can easily walk to the center of the town where there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets.
The staff is amazing! Everyone was so helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The lady from the reception is the best. She got us tickets to Trang An boat ride for the same price so we didn't have to do the line to buy them when we got there.
You can also book transportation from/to Hanoi.
They breakfast is included. They asked us what we wanted one day before and even agreed to prepare a vegan breakfast for me.
You can rent bikes/motorbikes.
The room is clean and overall the installations are well preserved.
They give you a sheet with all the information for the things to do around, with prices for each one of them and if you have any questions, you can ask the staff.
I will stay here again if I come back.

Everything about this beautiful place is great. The staff here, Dora along with his team are the most friendly, helpful and caring staff. One of the days I became very sick, and housekeeping noticed me unwell when they were cleaning the room, five minutes later they brought me a plate of food and some medication, how sweet is that!! The pool is wonderful, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The location is quiet, nestled into nature, you can hire bikes here, and they can do your laundry too. We have been travelling Vietnam for five weeks and this is by far our best stay. Thank you team, it was a pleasure!

Nia the host was so helpful and generous when my husband was unwell. Organised trips, drivers, snacks and even offered help with the Grab app.
It’s so quiet. We slept well. Could still walk (15mins) to restaurants definitely away from the crowds.
