We really enjoyed the place so we extended our stay after arriving. The owners are extremely friendly, they made yummy and big breakfast for us, rented us a scooter to explore the area and gave us a lot of information and advice. Feels like a local neighborhood which we really enjoyed. Walkable distance to beach, restaurants and cafés. The room feels brand new, everything is very clean and working great. We can only recommend!

Great location near Ba Le market, but in quiet location. Hosts and staff were very lovely and accommodating. They organised our airport transfer from/ to Da Nang. Pool was gorgeous and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

I can't say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff and ladies at Green tea Villa were... from the welcome drinks, to us having a drink brought to us by the pool after a very long and hot day without even asking... the hospitality was spot on... the rooms big and the bathrooms well equipped.. they were so helpful with everything... we borrowed the bikes they have on site for the day again great for us explorers. We didn't want to leave, our favourite hotel in Vietnam x

It was our first homestay and we really felt being welcome in the host family's home. Very nice people, always ready to help and to communicate, and if there was a language problem, google helped or their daughter on the phone. They invited us (and the other guests) for dinner, which was very good.
The location was perfect for us. The closest beach is just 100m apart, for a quick swim. A little bit further, maybe 3-400m was another beach with a restaurand, bar, and sunbeds and umbrellas. (Btw., there was the "hidden tailor", where we bought tailor-made clothes, which were done perfeclty, rather low cost, and over night.)
It is about 4km out of the center of Hoi An; a distance which we liked to go on the bikes the family provided in sufficient number. Riding through the rice fields and then a quick swim in the ocean or pool of the house at a welcoming family -- nothing more to wish! Besides, they really love to care for their plants and garden and it was a pleasure to watch them in action.

The price quality of this hotel is really good! The staff is super friendly, room is clean and the breakfast was enough! It’s located around 20 minutes walking from the old town, very do-able, also they have free bikes if you want and a cab is around €1,50.
