Very clean and very friendly staff, short 100 mtr walk to beach with no traffic, quiet location from beach club and restaurants etc.. which were only 200 meters away, if you want a relaxed location which is only $4 - $5 taxi away from central Hoi An, then this place is ideal

Owner cooked to us special hỏi an dish and it was fantastic! Very clean house and rooms! We were here for 1 night but we talked many hours with owner about Vietnam culture and history!

If I had to find one thing to “complain” about this place, it’s that it’s so comfortable I ended up sleeping a bit too much, haha! 🤪🤪 Hue and Harry were wonderful and super supportive. The place is quiet, very clean, and incredibly comfortable, I couldn’t ask for more. I can’t wait to come back again!💜

This is a very special place. It's about a 10-15 min bike or car ride to Hoi An Old Town, but a 3 minute walk to the beach. Plus, the ride to the Old Town takes you past beautiful rice fields with local farmers riding their buffaloes, so you get a view of local life. The beachy, tropical feel of the environment is what makes staying a little further from town so worth it. Plus, the hosts/owners, especially Vy, are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are wonderful people who will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. My first night there, Vy sat down with me, drew on a custom map of Hoi An to show me where everything is and all her recommendations, personally walked me to my room and showed me how the AC/lights/water heater work, then had me meet her back at the lobby a few minutes later so I could get on the back of her bike and she could drive us down the road to the beach restaurant and I could get some dinner. I felt so safe and comfortable. The showers are in a mostly covered, but not fully enclosed space attached to your fully enclosed bedroom (at least that was the case for me, I stayed in a private room). So, I did encounter mosquitos in the shower area but it wasn't too bad at all. Just felt like a rustic, tropical experience with a big bedroom, high ceilings, comfy bed to sleep in. Free breakfast in the lobby area is a great way to meet people - my first morning here I instantly made a friend I spent the rest of the weekend with. Plus there are doggies and kittens everywhere, as the hosts also run an animal rescue. Animal lovers paradise. Highly recommend staying here.

If I could give more stars I would. This was one of the best stays in a hotel my partner and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by such friendly staff who took our bags from us and sat down to check us in and talk us through what the town has to offer. Our room was superb and breakfast was unlimited every morning. The hotel is fully equipped with a beautiful pool, and bikes to take for the day. They were so helpful in booking tours, recommending tailors to go to and taxi services. We had the pleasure of sitting with the staff from time to time during our stay. Value for money here is exceptional for the service we received. We will certainly be staying here when we return to Hoi An. Could not recommend this place more!
