The hosts were very friendly and helpfull. The accomodation was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good and made by the owner himself. Not too much and not too little, just right. There's a lovely swimming pool and porch to sit and relax.

The hospitality and view were outstanding. Our hosts were gracious and flexibile, providing a lovely breakfast and help in finding our way around. We loved being a little away from the most touristy part of Mossel Bay but within walking distance of great food.

Fantastic guest house and super friendly and helpful host. We only stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer, the views from the deck are spectacular and we did not want to leave. We were the only guests the day we stayed and Herman upgraded us to the King Suite, it was huge. The common areas are beautiful, there is a pool table, an indoor seating area and an honor bar with wine, beer and some of the local gins plus soft drinks, snacks and coffee. The whole place was spotlessly clean with high quality linens on the bed. We highly recommend Lookout Guest House if you are coming to Mossel Bay.

A guest house with a great history and view over the bay. From the street (where you park) it looks ordinary but once inside the place grows on you. Nice room, and great kitchen with a lot of nice details. Great dinner recommendation, great cooked breakfast and (again) very nice staff.

Was a beautiful location, with ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee outside. The room was spacious and the shower especially was great. The bed linen were clean and soft. Charmaine was friendly and very accommodating.

The apartment is need and cozy. The lovely hot water shower on a very cold morning got us going. The owners are friendly and good hosts. Husband enjoyed the small patio table outside smoking away on his pipe before bedtime. We did not get cold inside.
