The hotel is run from brothers and cousin - very friendly, helpfully and professional. The restaurant serves great food made directly there, breakfast is adorable. We got room with balcony quit big to feel as at home. My dog felt as a queen there. There are lot of different trails and other possibilities for nature lovers. I was hiking alone for ten hours up to 2520meters in Rosny peak and was served by house wine from hotel family.

The hosting family were English-speaking, super-hospitable and helpful, we felt really taken care of. The house is newly built and all amenities work perfectly fine. The view from our window was exceptional (see the picture).

Zeneli Alpin Chalet surpassed all our expectations. The accommodations, staff, food and the view (the VIEW!) were all excellent. We would highly recommend to others traveling to the area and/or others hiking Peaks of the Balkans who are looking for an elevated lodging experience.
