First of all, our hosts John, his sister and their mother were the friendliest most hospitable people we met in Albania. They were so accommodating to our requests, they made our stay very comfortable and we had some nice chats. Also their mother’s food was sooo amazing. Her breakfast was delicious and definitely make sure to try her dinner. I will miss having her breakfast on the terace with the view of the mountains and fresh air. The rooms were very cozy and you had an amazing view of the valley. We woke up every morning for the sunset. Honestly I enjoyed spending time at the guest house more than in town 😂. I wish we coule have stayed more days but if I’m ever back in teth there is no place i would stay than here again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and hope we get to meet again.

Very nice location and friendly family. Newly renovated and in a quiet location above Theth directly at the path between Theth and Valbona. The food was very good and the rooms nice and clean. Be aware that the Guesthouse can only be reached by foot (ca 20min from main parking at mini market) or via 4x4. The hosts can pick you up if you arrange that with them.

We had a great stay at the guesthouse, it’s perfectly placed less than 10-minute drive from the start of all major hiking routes. The house is beautiful in the middle of the mountains with great views and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. And the family hosting us was so nice and the girls who speak perfect English very sweet. Meals are also very good! Overall we highly recommend this place if you pass by Theth.

Camera in una guest house gestita con grande affetto e passione da Caudio e dalla mamma Antoneta..persone di cuore veramente, ti fanno sentire a casa.. La stanza è pulitissima, il letto comodissimo e gli ambienti spaziosi. Meraviglioso dormire al fresco, con il rumore dello scorrere del fiume accanto. Ottima posizione per l'escursione alle cascate e vicino ottimo ristorante. Colazione buonissima, tutto preparato da Antoneta, dolce e salato, con pancakes fritti al momento, marmellate, miele, formaggi e frutta. Torneremo sicuramente, ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

Lots of water activities available at the property at reasonable prices. Well maintained property and the staffs were very welcoming. The drive to the property from tirana is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast served was one of the best in our whole trip.
