Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Everything was great! Very nice place.

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Very comfortable stay for our 4 days. Close to everything and loved the ease of Vienna transportation. Tina, our host was very accommodating in every aspect. She gave important information when we arrived that helped our city visit to be very enjoyable. She also assisted us with finding a private medical clinic when my husband fell ill. Thanks for all your kindness Tina!!

It was very clean, the room was spacious, the garden was absolutely amazing we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. The host was super helpful and nice The location was excellent it was in a quite and peaceful area and the city center and other touristic places was only 15 mins away the public transport was only 5 mins away. We loved our stay and we will def come back Thank you!

Conveniently situated in the 05. Margareten district of Vienna, Pension am Wienfluss is set 1.1 km from Haus des Meeres, 1.6 km from Vienna State Opera and 2.1 km from Albertina Museum. Very clean rooms and very friendly owner. Common area had many appliances. Great location next to metro. Would recommend!
