This is a very special and welcoming place. We stayed for 2 nights and also had the chance to do the boat sunset trip. Lots of information during the trip and it was really a pleasure. We had a fantastic time and it would be a place to repeat without any doubt. The dinner was good and the owners and staff are really friendly.

Nothing is broken or dirty. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The AC works. The staff are friendly. The management was very helpful. I was honestly expecting much worse, for the price. It's surrounded by smaller houses and dirt roads but it has an electrical fence, although the neighbourhood doesn't look dangerous. They prepare meals but we didn't try.

Less than 1/2 the cost of many regular hotels in area, making it worthwhile to pay for a cab to take us for shopping, restaurants. Front desk called cabs for us, was less than $3 ride downtown. Very nice, very reasonable, simple guesthouse in a regular safe little Botswanan neighborhood.

Upon arrival, we were warmly received by Joseph. He also helped us find a place to do mokoro ride and set an appointment and pick up for us. After his shift we were under the care of Ephraim. The town neighbourhood experienced a power cut in the early morning and Ephraim came to the room to alert us that he has prepared hot water for us for bathing. He also followed up with the mokoro ride providers on our behalf and ensured they honoured their arrangement. Joseph and Ephraim were great and seem to work like a well oiled machine.
