The Subway station is not that far, but the distance is not walkable. We mostly used didi (Chinese taxi) to get to the temples or parks. It wasn’t more than 20 yuan. Room is clean, facilities are new, toothbrushes are stylish. The street nearby is full of the restaurants. We found a really nice tiny family restaurant (where mostly locals eat). The food was great.

Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.

Generally speaking the place is very cozy and the cat living there is a little prince that sneaked into our room for a bit when we opened the door (we did nothing to prevent it ehehe) and it was very cute and nice. Everything is very clean and cozy, we would have loved to stay more!
