Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Our heater in the room has some issues on the first day of checking in. They immediately sent the repair man to fix it and also brought in a portable heater for us. I love the location, nearby has a row of shops for food even at night. Highly recommended! Love the vibes and hope to come and stay again in the near future!

The hotel is Nicely furnished. Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.

I could use the washing machine, the kitchen etc. Most of all, the hostess was very kind, helpful, and responsive. I enjoyed staying there very much.

I particularly appreciated the visit and transportation information provided by Ms. Zhou. The room is small but clean and cozy. The simple breakfast is inexpensive, just RMB 10. We enjoyed our early morning breakfast in open-air. One of the staff even went out to show us the Sakura garden with species from all over the world.
