Nidia was polite, generous, and accommodating. The hostel was very secure with 24 hour locked entry. The surrounding area was safe although the Epiphany festival was somewhat intimidating. That is finished now.

They were incredibly helpful and gracious every moment of our stay there. They even went the extra mile to anticipate our needs to make this trip extremely memorable.

The room was impeccable and included a sink and hotplate. I wish I could have stayed longer. The owners were a great family who were so hospitable, so kind. One of my favorite places. I would definitely return.

This was a great hostel with an amazing staff. The hot water works here! I enjoyed exploring the town and going to the nearby termales in the nearby National Park. The staff were amazing showing me a nearby overlook for sunset. Breakfast was amazing and healthy. Coffee is great too! I would certainly plan to stay here in the future when visiting.
