Casa del Sol provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Tamarindo, 100 metres from Tamarindo Beach. Everything about this place was perfect. The place itself is a few minutes walk from nightlife but far enough for the peace and quiet. The staff were really friendly and excited to help. Out of my 7 day stay in Costa Rica, this was the most relaxing.

This was a wonderful place to enjoy quiet surroundings, and to settle in! We felt cozy and comfortable in our room. The pool, the gardens, the area, were all suited for tranquility. Also appreciated the well equipped shared kitchen. The owner was great! The beach and town were a short drive away.

The Grand Luna is located in a very peaceful part of the mountains in Monteverde. The hosts are very hospitable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Great artwork on some of the walls too!

Located in Matapalo in the Guanacaste region, POSADA MIRADIA provides accommodation with free private parking. The property was clean, well kept and beautiful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast provided was amazing and one of the best I had in Costa Rica. The property was quiet and peaceful, and the owner makes the best pasta and Italian food. If you stay here you must eat here. Close to playa Conchal and a short drive to playa flamingo.

Beautiful property owned and operated by Sergio and Mariela; two of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are both artists and have utilized their talents in the decoration of their suites and in the design of the pool and garden area. There are only three suites on the property, so it makes for a unique and private experience. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping is excellent. We would definitely stay there again when visiting this area of Costa Rica.

Situated in Carrillo, House in the palm forest features accommodation with pool with a view, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. You couldn’t wish for better hosts and room/ garden / kitchen facilities / location and maybe I was lucky but all the other guests ( maximum of 12 ,at a time ) were amazing people . My 10 days were making great new friends , very kind and genuine people seem to gravitate to this beautiful hotel . You will see monkeys in the trees and wake to their howls & the bird life and that’s it , no road noise , leisurely coffee and breakfast then onto your day :) Absolutely faultless , highly highly recommend .
