The views are fantastic and the area is so relaxing. The staff is super welcoming, from the manager, who is a super friendly, kind and knowledgeable man, to the cook and the housekeeping staff, with whom we had some sweet conversations and made us feel right at home. My mother in law had an upset stomach and they were super kind accommodating food for her and giving her an oregano tea which was a real game changer. The breakfast was delicious and the space in the restaurant is so peaceful. The hotel is just a delightful walk away from the cascada de Peguche, so if you are into hiking, nature, and learning about indigenous traditions, this is the place for you.
