We enjoyed our stay at the Barn, it's a lovely property and a quirky layout which adds to the charm. Very clean and comfortable and with food basics such as bread, milk, tea/coffee, jams etc provided along with crockery/cutlery, toaster, fridge and kettle. We were able to park on the drive which is gated and feels secure. Dave and Lisa were really nice and helpful, but respectful of privacy so we felt comfortable and at home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful double en-suite room se nachází v destinaci Oakham a nabízí zahradu a výhled na jezero. Belgrave Road se nachází 40 km odtud a Leicester Railway Station 40 km. The room was very well prepared and the couple managed the stay efficiently with lots of local information and facilities available. They were very friendly on arrival and made us feel welcomed throughout. They were also able to answer minor queries by text which was helpful.

This place was perfect for us with kids, place was spotless beds we so comfy and the kids had plenty of room to run around and play hide and seek. the owners had tea coffee and milk left there when we arrived it was great to have a cuppa. the washing machine was great to have with the kids. we were allowed to leave our bags there on day of departure until we were leaving this was great as we had an event to attend that morning. Over all great place and hopefully we will return to Oakham and defiantly stay there.The house is walking distance to everything.

There was ample accommodation for the 6 of us. We ate in and we also ate at the lovely pub 50 yards away. We needed two car parking spaces, so one of us had to park on the road, which worked out OK. The town itself is lovely, and we also went bike riding and the Aqua Park at Rutland. Highly recommended.
