Excellent location of the place (very close to the park and the bus station). The room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view. There was a small terrace availabe on the top of the building and another table on the backyard. Very nice options to enjoy some snacks and wine in the evenings. Near the hotel, shops, tourist information and currency exchange agents can be found - anything a traveller needs. The owner was very helpful, providing information about Borjomi and the neighbourhood, and, was waiting for me upon my arrival.

As advertised. Our room was very clean. The owners spoke little English but it didn't really matter - they were super nice and genuine people. The place itself is very quiet and located at the very edge of the village. Food was also great - seriously, nothing to complain about! Just be aware - it's not a 5 star hotel. But taking all above into consideration it was excellent.
