Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The room had a sea view and location was nice and quiet. Nice restaurant just down the hill and a bus stop just a 15 minute walk away made it very convenient. Having a pool and beach access so close was amazing.

Very clean hotel & room & the breakfast was lovely & plenty of it. But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !

Irini was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information on how to explore Santorini. She recommended a day tour that was worth every penny, as it included everything we needed. Overall, our experience in Santorini was fantastic, and we had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Equipment Wise: I and my partner were stunned by how spacious and beautiful the interior is, the minute we entered the house. Everything from the tasteful furniture and the unique house shape was spot on and perfect. There was a jacuzzi with warm water outside of the house along with a garden, not big but enough for a hot summer day. There’s a dehumidifier in the house, with its help the house was kept dry and cool, we didn’t even need the air conditioning when it was scorching hot outside. Location Wise: 10 mins walk to Oia, which is perfect for those who don’t like to stay in the busy touristy area like us, but can still walk to the beautiful sunset and back easily. There is a free parking lot within 1 minute walk, and a nice mini market within 30 seconds walk, which is very nice. Greek Hospitality: The host Katherine was super helpful. I made a huge mistake by leaving my passport and international driver’s license in the room and left Santorini for another island by boat. As soon as I ask Katherine for help, she found my passport, rushed to post office downtown Fira and ask for the possibility to mail my documents so that I could get my passport and take the flight back to Asia in time. She even refused when I ask to pay back the express expense. Honestly I can never return a favour like this. What more can you possibly ask for a host?
