The kitchen with everything you need, the apartment is in a good location, there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a store and one that is open on Shabbat. To the sea 18 minutes on foot, the road goes past the market where you can eat good food. But it's better to download an app to rent scooters. Our room was without a bathroom, but the apartment has two bathrooms and two toilets, though one toilet is very small. There is a usable roof, which is fun to hang out on in the evening. A small fridge with beer. All in all, I will probably come here again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with Mr. Meir and his lovely wife, Orna, during my visit to Tel Aviv. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. Despite my flight delay, Mr. Meir stayed in constant communication with me and patiently waited until 3 in the morning to welcome me. His dedication to ensuring my comfort was truly remarkable. Each morning, I was greeted with a delightful breakfast prepared by Orna. The delicious spread was a perfect start to my day, and their attention to detail was evident in every bite. But it wasn't just about the amenities. Mr. Meir went above and beyond, sharing valuable insights about Tel Aviv, local life, parking tips, and restaurant recommendations. His knowledge enriched my experience and allowed me to explore the city with confidence. What stood out the most, however, was Mr. Meir's genuine interest in meaningful conversations. Whether discussing culture, travel, or life in general, he was an engaging and thoughtful companion. In summary, my stay with Mr. Meir and Orna was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend their hospitality to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. Thank you both for making my trip memorable!

Fantastic host couple. Batia really looked after us well. The location is also incredible and a fantastic base to see Old Jaffa and Tel Aviv. Will happily return and stay at this accommodation.

Everything was perfect: easy communication with Bruno, his hospitality and amazing dogs, cleanliness and attention to each detail. Breathtaking views, sunshine and beautiful room.

Všechny ubytovací jednotky mají patio s výhledem na město.... House is nice and very clean, probably the cleanest place I stay so far in Airb&b. Owner Sasi take really proper care to keep it clean and tidy. I have shared bathroom but it is huge and spotless anytime you enter bathroom. Bed is super comfortable, room has big wardrobe, little fridge and kettle. Terasse is fantastic! Location is ok, very near to bus and main train station, 15-20 min by local bus to main city atractions. Sasi is the most polite man, helpfull, informative and had great patience. He even help me every day to make plan for exploring Tel Aviv. I was also invited for Shabbat breakfast, I will never forget this nice experience. If I can give 11 point for this stay I would give. This place is highly recommended!!

Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️
