The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was super well run, all the information we needed to find the location and check-in and out was provided ahead of time. There was on-site staff there in the morning was super helpful and set us up for a great day in Tel Aviv. The kitchen had tea, coffee and cutlery and the shared bathrooms were amble and very clean.
