I have stayed at many hotels in Goa but this was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean towels and bedsheets. Close to the beach🏖️. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful property. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic stay, very warm welcome from Nicole and David. Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a driver for us, who never let us down and was always available. A very good selection for breakfast that certainly gave a good start to the day. The room was large and so was the bed, the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked a treat as it was very warm at night. David also suggested an itinerary, which was something we would of struggled without his help. This homestead is well recommended.

Villa Khatun gives you a nice peaceful feeling amidst the city of Panaji. Walking distance from all major attractions. The staff so cordial and helping. Shiva takes care of you like family. If you want to stay in an old traditional house right in the middle of the Latin Quarters of Fontainhas, that’s the place! The terrace is amazing, full of beautiful plants. Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!
