We stayed in a Superior King room and loved it! The room is spacious, nicely decorated, with all the needed amenities. It’s located a bit further away from two main blocks, and thus is quieter. A great bed with a selection of pillows (my neck was complaining after several hotels offered only very think pillows), a sitting area and well heated bathrooms (we stayed in Jan, it was important :) Loved the restaurant of the property. The breakfast was very nice, the dinner selection coould be bigger / different, but the dishes we ended up trying were good.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. Our host was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the area with lots of tips. We arrived to a wonderful surprise of homemade bread and food in the kitchen for breakfast. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The patio has a great view of the sunset which was wonderful after a long day. If I travel to Myvatn again, I know where I will be staying :)

The Mývatn Nature Baths is a 10-minute drive away. sheep right next door! great pizza right next door! building is lovely- fantastic common area and really nice kitchen with fridge space designated for each room. bathrooms and showers large and clean - towels and bath mats provided. rooms are comfortable with sink and small storage area - linens provided.

Lovely little room that gave us a perfect view of the northern lights in the evening. We were also very excited to greet the floofy dog on the property when we went over for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was very good, and I was very excited they had a waffle maker!
