Maria, the guest was always very helpful with information on what to visit and where to dinner. they provide a small breakfast with some pasties, yogurt and coffee. they also gave us a ride to the train station on the day we visited Cinque terre. the rooms were big and clean. everyday cleaning. totally recommend it!!!

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The location is great, very close to the train station, city center, restaurants and stores. The person who received us was very kind and helpful recommending us places to visit, and even restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy, and they had someone coming every day to clean the room which was very nice. Easy check in and check out. I would recommend!

Whenever I will be back here 5 terre I will definitely back here and even my family and friends who coming to visit 5 terre they will definitely come here as well.Highly recommend for people's who looking nice, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay and this place was close to train station as well. Place have AC rooms which i really loved in this hot weather. Overall everything was brilliant. Thanks again to her 🙏

Our host Francesco was very helpful with all our needs. The room itself is beautiful, modern and very clean! And oh, that shower! Location was excellent, just a short walk to the train station for our day trips to Cinque Terre.
