Also, Kumi was kind to help keep our luggage on our checkout date for some additional time while we roamed the Matsumoto castle. She also helped with luggage forwarding services, which was a lifesaver. Definitely reccommend coming here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean, and the amenities are extremely comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind—they even picked me up from the Liyama station. This is an excellent accommodation if you’re planning to go skiing, as the host is kind enough to drive you to the Liyama station, where you can catch a bus to your preferred ski resort.
