We went to Lilys before going to a big resort on long set and the food quality at long set was far below Lilys and more expensive. The rooms are lovely and you really feel like you are having a different and memorable experience staying right on the river. We kayaked all the way to the beach through the village and swam on the beach. We also did the boat tour and absolutely loved it.

Ellen gave us great advice on what to do and where to eat in the bay as the food there is excellent. We didn’t want to leave.

The guest house has family rooms. awesome location with an amazing view, especially for sunrise, the absolute best. The food is okay so I would eat maybe somewhere else. The dorms were good value and although no ac it was cool enough with a fan and good mosquito net. the owner is the absolute coolest, and a very interesting guy, so definitely spend some time talking to him. he also has the best music and good reviews

Not only was the room super comfortable, but the location was perfect. Dining at the restaurant is the best; the food is delicious, and I tried a bit of everything. And the staff is the best—friendly, helpful in every way, and a great atmosphere. Loved it.

There are a few good local eateries nearbye plus western food if you need it, there is also a redident otter which you will probably see running around in the morning, Johnny is very helpful

At the homestay, every unit has bed linen and towels. Amazing host Sam, absolute friendly atmosphere, you feel part of the community on the island. MPay Bay is not for everyone, but if you have warm heart, you will love it here. Need to come back in the future.

Boasting a bar and views of garden, Macondo Mpai bay is a recently renovated guest house situated in Koh Rong Sanloem, 200 metres from M’Pai Bay Beach. Guests staying at this guest house have access to a patio. The rooms are fitted with a terrace with views of the quiet street. Great value for the price, thanks for offering an affordable place in this paradise! Shared bathrooms were clean. Might be a bit louder in the late evening/early night but they provide good earplugs. Dumplings and sandwiches in the restaurant are great as well. Bed with mosquito net worked well. Good fan. I think staying on the upper level is better :)
