I had gastro illness for 4-5 days and owner and staff knocked on my door every day to make sure I was OK, and they went to pharmacy to buy treatment for me... above and beyond helpful.

He helped us contact the mini van station when we were not sure if they were going to pick us up. He made sure that we had a nice stay. Offered electric fan at the entrance of the homestay while we were waiting for our service. Overall, we had a good experience staying in this homestay. Good location and good food.

We rented out the entire villa (4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms), plus kitchen/dining/living areas. This was a ton of space - could have comfortably housed 14 people rather than our 8. Everything was quite clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the showers were warm (once we figured out the hot water heaters). The home is down a little dirt road halfway between two major streets. The neighborhood was walkable to the downtown area, or else you could take a $1.25 tuktuk ride, and it was also an easy walk to the local market each morning. The WiFi worked Anou, our hostess, was just outstanding. She welcomed us with delicious snacks and fruit, checked in on us every day, and was quick to provide everything we could possibly ask for - laundry service, a missing kitchen utensil, a case of hard-to-find Coke Zero, whatever. She escorted us to the market the first day to show us the ropes and make sure we understood what fair prices should be, and put us in contact with a little nonprofit around the corner where we volunteered doing some English practice with local university students. They don't do daily cleaning, but came to clean or bring fresh towels/sheets anytime we requested it.

Family is very friendly and assist in any questions or concerns guest may have. There is a water dispenser to refill water battles. Location is near most tourist attractions and is in walking distance of restaurants. local food stands and a supermarket.

It was really great. It was my Birthday Treat so I enjoyed cocktails by the pool and the staff were very friendly. Will certainly recommend. Excellent value for money and the breakfast was good.

Nice large open balcony and a larger roof terrace with nice view in a quiet part of the city but still everything nearby. Owner Boret and his colleagues are very friendly and can help you with any question and request.

The location was close to the river and town, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, with outside space to relax and eat breakfast! The breakfasts were wonderful and fresh daily water was provided in addition. A great stay, safe, friendly and comfortable! Can't wait to return, highly recommended for all travellers visiting Siem Reap!
