Offering quiet street views, RoaBaa Guesthouse is an accommodation located in Batticaloa, 3.2 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa and 5 km from Batticaloa Lighthouse. Naval was a great host. Such a kind man. Helped with location and where to get off of the bus on arrival. Helped with bikes, especially when I got a flat tyre. Water top up free, as and when. Just seemed like a genuine guy.

Location: unbeatable. In literally 2 minutes you are in a nice and not crowded beach. Staff: nice, polite and helpful. The owner was even speaking Italian fluently and we really enjoyed talking with him and the staff. They even cooked a delicious local dinner for us. Room: big and clean, with a nice balcony from where you can see the sea.

I like that the room and the bathroom were big and very clean, the garden was beautiful. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it is exactly between the beautiful beach of Passikudah and the city of Valachchenai. Also, the owner family is very nice and helpful, you feel at home right away. I recommend this home stay.

The room is spacious, the bed is so big, the bathroom is clean and the shower is hot. The garden is quite and it's the perfect place to have breakfast. The breakfast is generous: fruits, tea and 2 big pancakes with coconut, bananas and trickle. Ashok is kind and welcome you warmly. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need to reach another place after your stay in Pasikudah.

Had a great 2 days here enjoying the beautiful quiet spot looking over the lagoon with the beach 5 minutes away. The host is a gentle hospitable person who made my stay special. The facilities are basic but sufficient and the location makes up for its lack of luxury.

Set near Kalkudah Beach and Sri Muththu Mariyamman Kovil, AHSRAM Accommodations is in Pasikuda and offers free private parking and a restaurant. Arul and his wife are absolutely lovely. Their english is excellent and it facilitates communication. Arul is really keen on sharing local knowledge and culture which was super nice. Room is fine. Location is perfect between the two beaches (I personally prefer Kalkudah) Breakfast and food is delicious. Highly recommend the pancake rolls!

Indeed It was a great time I had during my stay at Kay Jay Beach House. The atmosphere was epic. Room was spacious and bathroom was cleaned. foods were delicious. I would recommend this hotel those who are seeking nice calm place near by beach to stay.
