The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was 3$ and it was so good, tasty and big! You get juice coffe and Sri Lankan food. The bed was comfortable, the whole property is beautiful!

Set in Colombo on a private peninsula by the banks of the historic Diyawanna Lake, Aathma Colombo House provides accommodation with a garden. Aathma is a feast for the eyes and the heart. The setting is so lovely with lake views and peaceful gardens. As others have said there is always something new, beautiful or quirky to catch your eye. The hotel feels like a treasured family home in which you are an honoured guest. The staff are excellent, so professional and competent but friendly and fun as well. Bohoma stoothi Imran and Geeth for your outstanding care of us. The food was also some of the best we have had in Sri Lanka.

Everything was wonderful! After long travels, nothing better than an incredibly warm welcome and amazing hospitality during our stay. We truly enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast and great company. Although our stay was short, we would definitely go back if we're back in Sri Lanka. Sriyantha and Champi are exceptional hosts!

We left with our hearts full of gratitude, truly uplifted by the extraordinary hospitality. Highly recommend this haven of warmth to anyone visiting the city!

I liked EVERYTHING about Sayura house! What an absolute gem! From the warm welcome to the beautiful dog, amazing breakfasts, gorgeous garden, daily checking that everything was okay, family atmosphere, lovely room and the great restaurant.
