Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. The staff is absolutely lovely (special mention to the property manager ☺️). The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The pool area is great for relaxing and refreshing. Everything is pristine clean. The hotel is walking distance from a really nice marina with some shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We had overall a really lovely stay.

Really warm welcoming, great communication, calm neighborhood with small local shops around. Room brilliant and with basic things you need for. AC work perfectly, free wifi, small fridge in a room. Beach and the main local restaurants just few min away. Check in was on time at 11 as we asked for :) Really great price and wanna say big thank you for those we had opportunity meet there even for the smallest helper as well <3 :)

Just perfect for a couple-of-days visit. Tiny, but a lovely n cosy place to stay for a couple, too Easy walking distance to the old city, though quite neighbourhood. Owner/management is helpful and flexible. Restaurant recommendations are a plus (enjoyed those ones)
