This property totally exceeded my expectations, even though I stayed one night. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I felt like at home. I was allowed to check in much earlier. When I came back to grab my backpack a few hours after check out, I was offered a clean towel and a possibility to take a shower before boarding on a bus. I don't think I have ever seen such client-friendly service anywhere else. WiFi signal is very strong and stable. The surroundings are quiet. The rooms are clean, beds comfy. I totally recommend this place!

We have travelled around Mexico and stayed at really nice hotels but this place have a special place in our heart. Esperanza the oner and the manager of this place is such a great host and she goes above and beyond to make feel at home. The free breakfast is a feast. Every day you get a different dish and there is such a variety to choose from . There are few kind of room., Some with a shared washroom and some with a private one. Make sure when you make the reservation that you choose the right one for you. We made a mistake and order the one with a shared washroom but luckily there was a room with a washroom available for us. San Cristobal is an amazing place with so much character .There are a lot of beautiful places to visit around and we booked 2 day trips through the hostel which were fantastic.

We were early to check in but he was kindly welcomed us to the room. There is kitchen that you can cook, cozy rooftop and toilet/bathroom is pretty clean. Also hot shower is available!

PS: You absolutely need to try having a breakfast at Café Mooa, which is around the corner. Trust me.
