To begin with, James is an excellent host, was very welcoming and offered a little tour of the place before handing us the key. Right below this property is his restaurant that consists of a great tasty menu and onsite bar for delicious drinks and local artisan beers as well. Room was clean and comfortable and the ambience was great!

Excellent attention to detail, friendly, and the location was close to the square. Rosa and Miguel are friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying with them when we are in Comala.

Situated in Manzanillo, 600 metres from Santiago Beach, House of the Winds features rooms with mountain views and free WiFi. The house is quite splendid in its design if not a tad bit dated. However, the view over the valley is splendid and the breeze that blows through the house is divine! The balcony upstairs is perfect for early morning waking and yoga with that spending view. It is very close to several beaches. The kitchen was great for cooking and was well-equipped. For those who love exercise, the hills are right up your alley!! There were a few problems that were quite significant but Ron and I communicated and he made up for these shortcomings with his presence, generosity and kindness. Thus, I have given him a great score. Perfection is not the absence of issues but rather the facing and solution of them. Thanks for a pleasant stay and the interesting talks, Ron!

Nice community kitchen to use, excellent hostess, beautiful view from terrace, hostess cooks for you if you ask, for pesos. Less than ten minute walk to beach. Excellent place to relax. Our bedroom had a bathroom of it own and an airconditioner.
