They were able to help us with recommendations for everything! The made our stay in Ometepe memorable!

The location is in a neighborhood so it doesn’t feel touristy at all.

Sofia was the most caring owner of this quiet, little hostal/restaurant.

Thé location was amazing, the water was calm, no wind like the other side of the island. The farm animals were a great perk . The owner and staff were so welcoming. The sunset with volcano views, near the entrance to the river for kayaking. Beside a happening bar. Mango beach is great too. The toilets and showers were very clean. A magical paradise. The hut was perfectly cute right on the water front.

The value is amazing - one of the lowest prices we’ve found for a private room with private bathroom in almost 6 months of travelling in Latin America. Our room was clean and spacious, wifi worked well, there is a nice garden, and the location is good. There is a small kitchen which was a nice surprise since it wasn’t listed as an amenity on Booking. Danilo is a great host and speaks English very well. Also used him as a guide up Conception volcano and he was great. It also sounds like he has plans to invest more into the hostel so it will be even better!
