Nir and his wife are very kind, lovely and helpful people. We enjoyed staying at their homestay and we had everything we needed. The room was cozy and quite, bed comfy and the bathroom clean. I think I had the best night's sleep here in many months of travelling. It is a little outside the city centre, but we didn't mind walking through the nice neighbourhood everyday at all. We would definitely stay here again! P.s. check out the rooftop, there's an amazing view over the city.

Nirvana Kuti er með fjallaútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, í um 100 metra fjarlægð frá Durbar-torginu í Kathmandu. I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

Shekhar's Shared Home er staðsett 700 metra frá Bhaktapur Durbar-torginu og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, bar og sameiginlegri setustofu. Gistihúsið býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis bílastæði. Best place to stay in town, especially for solo travelers! Shekhar is a friendly host who kindly offers local advice. I will definitely visit this place again when coming back to Nepal 🇳🇵 it’s close to one of my favorite shop, the peacock shop, where they makes cool paper products 😍

Heimagistingin býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis bílastæði. everything. the hospitality of the family was the best, really home-like feel. check-in simple and easy, room and bathroom pretty clean, location with amazing views, food very delicious. the hosts also provided a lot of info about the place, culture, sites to visit, things to consider in the region. i and my argentinian friend had a great time!

Jungle Crown Organic Homestay er staðsett í Nagarkot, 10 km frá Bhaktapur Durbar-torginu og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og bar. This place was spectacular! The views, the family was super kind, and hospitality was amazing. The family made me feel right at home! The nature just at your finger tips - monkeys, gorgeous birds, and I had a family of pigeons living with me ❤️ All the meals are made fresh with organic items all coming from their family garden. The surroundings are amazing with a waterfall, hiking trails, suspension bridge, and Nagarkot town! I had such an amazing stay that I signed up to stay one extra day and night, I can't wait to come back here. I definitely suggest this place and was one of my favorite stays in the two months spent in Nepal 🇳🇵 The food here was so amazing that I didn't eat anywhere else! Extremely reasonable prices and so fresh, I'm going to miss this food 😢 I stayed in their newly built tree house, and it was amazing, peaceful, majestic, and just what I needed after two months of Yoga Teacher Training and trekking through the Himalayas. Thank you again for the wonderful stay, and see yall next year!

Shine Homestay Famille Francophone - Shine Home and Apartment er staðsett í Kathmandu, 2,5 km frá Swayambhu og 2,9 km frá Kathmandu Durbar-torginu. Great stay in Kathmandu! Very friendly hosts and close to the city centre without it being noisy :)

Nagarkot Trekkers Inn er staðsett í Nagarkot, í innan við 16 km fjarlægð frá Bhaktapur Durbar-torginu og 25 km frá Boudhanath Stupa. Had an amazing stay at Nagarkot Trekkers Inn; it definitely felt like a home away from home! Kishor picked me up from the busstation, which was very nice. The property is perfect for a getaway in nature, very peaceful with a perfect view for sunrise over the mountains. If you look for a place to get out of busy Kathmandu, you should come here. The food is delicious, all organic, and homemade. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Since the place is run by a family, it creates a very welcoming athmosphere and Kishor made so many efforts to show me around. He also organises various treks around the area. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
