I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Nizwa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Adnan, the host, made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. His knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful, offering us great recommendations for local sights and activities. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of traditional Omani charm and modern comforts. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of local dishes and international options that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s location is also fantastic – it’s close to the historic Nizwa Fort and the local souq, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and Adnan’s personalized service truly made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nizwa – it’s a gem in the heart of Oman!

Situated in Al Ḩamrāʼ, 44 km from Nizwa Fort, Al Hamra Mountain View provides air-conditioned accommodation and a shared lounge. Nice little traditional house turned hotel, super friendly and welcoming staff! Got coffee and dates as we walked in, we were shown to our rooms and as we were heading for dinner we met the owner who explained everything down to the family history to us! Really nice place, would definitely recommend staying here! And we got a little leaving gift as well!

Excellent customer service. Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

Beautifully renovated classic Omani house. It was our favourite place we stayed during our trip in Oman, and hope to be back again soon. Great dinner and incredible breakfast spread. Owner gave us good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend this as a must stay for any friends who ask for recommendations for Oman!

Situated in Al Ḩamrāʼ, 44 km from Nizwa Fort, Alqalah Inn features air-conditioned accommodation and a shared lounge. This old traditional house is beautifully restored and traditionally decorated. The owner’s brother, Faisal, was very kind and helpful. He even drove us to a beautiful newly opened museum. His hospitality, so famous for Omanis, was fabulous.

Misfah is a special place and our stay at the Heritage House a Highlight of our trip to Oman. Ahmed gave us a tour through the „museum“ of the house which was really special and interesting. The rooms were tastefully decorated in line with the history of this magical place. Dinner was great as well. The gardens of Misfah are a magical place and Transport you back in time. A must stop-over in Oman and good overnight place for hiking the balcony walk.

Al Misfah Hospitality Inn er staðsett í þorpinu Misfat Al-Abriyeen í Al-Hamra-héraðinu í um 200 km fjarlægð frá Muscat. We have stayed one night in a big family room. What a great experience! Hosts are so nice. The hotel is authentic and greatly renovated. The owner is amazing. He is a great inspiration to keep history alive. He gave a lot of advices and stories. The owner invited us to visit his own museum in the house of his grand father. Dining and breakfast terrasse is incredible. The view is gorgeous. Next to the hotel, the trail leads you in 30 minutes to wadi natural swimming pools.

Clean and comfortable room with a big fridge. There is a shared Kitchen which is well-equipped. The best thing is the hist who gave us a lot of travel advice and excellent recommendations which made our trip even better.

Sunset sky is really an amazing place to stay while visiting Misfat al Abriyyin region. The view from the terrace was exceptional! Room was very specious and clean and host was super friendly and helpful when it comes to nearby attractions. We also tried an authentic delicious Omanian dinner served by the host at our terrace.

Situated in Al Ḩamrāʼ and only 48 km from Nizwa Fort, Roghan Hospitality Inn features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has garden views. Very clean & food was just right for the room price..Amiable owner & staff..to think that only 3 months operational..nice smell around the room. keep it up
