Clean, comfortable, great wifi, AC and Netflix in the rooms. Great value for money. If you are like me and have to spend the night somewhere on your way to / from playa venao then this is a great place to do so!

This is basically an entire 1 bedroom efficiency apartment. It is a good value for the cost charged. The grounds are well kept and there is a park just across the street. The area felt very friendly and safe. It is not a far walk to the center of activities. The owner did not engage much, but the hostess on site right next door, Katherin was excellent.
