The best meals and breakfast we could ask for. Jose Luis and Pilar are very kind and caring hosts. Our stay was beyond any expectations. The island is real treasure, and my husband and I are are extremely grateful to have found this place.

Posada de Oliver býður upp á gistirými í Llachon með bar. Þessi gististaður er staðsettur við ströndina og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. This was a perfect stay. Oliver, Sebastiana and their children are a lovely family who you instantly feel at home with. The room we had was spacious, private and had a beautiful view of the lake. Hot water and WiFi worked amazingly for the area and the food provided (for an extra cost, but really good value), was very tasty and varied. There are a few walks to do in the area to keep you busy, and Oliver can also take you out on his boat to some of the local islands and to see the trout farm he runs (again, for an extra fee but for what you get, we thought it was really good value for money. You have to remember you have the boat completely to yourselves and there were no other tourists on the floating island we visited, making the experience very authentic). There's a really nice outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and view. Getting there is also very easy with collectivos going regularly from Puno and Juliaca for next to nothing. Nothing could have been better. Thank you Oliver, Sebastiana, Diana and little Adele.

Home in Taquile - Q'uñi wasi er staðsett í Huillanopampa og er með verönd. Sum gistirýmin eru með svalir með fjallaútsýni, fullbúið eldhús og sérbaðherbergi með sturtu. I loved spending 2 days on the island. It is so peaceful and quiet. Great stay at Ana Julia's house, dinner was good, breakfast was simpel but nice. Ana Julia is a lovely host. First night walked up to Mulsina for a beautiful sunset and the second day I walked all the way to the other part of the island to spend the morning at the beach. Definitly reccommend spending a night on isla Taquile and Ana Julia's homestay.

INCA PALACE Experience er staðsett í Puno, 300 metra frá Plaza de Armas Puno, 200 metra frá San Antonio-kirkjunni og 600 metra frá Huajsapata-hæðinni. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Really close to downtown puno, a lot of restaurants nearby, room was small but comfortable. Not expensive.

TERRA & LAKE er gististaður með sameiginlegri setustofu í Puno, 400 metra frá Deustua Arc, 800 metra frá Pino Park og 700 metra frá San Juan-kirkjunni. we had just a short stay of one night at Puno but it was so nice staying in this Hotel! The staff was super helpful with everything. Gonzalo even booked for us a Tour witch Pick-up from the Hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean. We could leave our Backpack after check out there during the day and could also wait in the Brakfastroom for our Nightbus til 10pm. would definitely stay here again

Richar's home - test Amantani with my family in Amantani býður upp á útsýni yfir vatnið, gistirými og garð. Gististaðurinn státar af farangursgeymslu, veitingastað og arni utandyra. Richar, Lucrezia and Isabella are very lovely people and very generous hosts. Richar told us about the island and showed us around, Lucrezia’s cooking is truly wonderful and Isabella is a very nice girl, who would play cards with us in the evening. The rooms are very clean, there is a hot shower and it’s an easy walk from the port of Amantani. The island itself is so peaceful and tranquil, a perfect rest. At night the stars are magestic with Milky Way visible with naked eye. I would highly recommend staying at Richar’s place to experience the magic of the island in its authenticity. Also, from what I’ve read it is much better for the families who live on the island to book a stay directly with them rather than through an agency.

Uros Titicaca Khantaniwa Lodge er staðsett í Puno, 5,9 km frá Puno-höfninni og 6 km frá Bahia de los Incas-göngusvæðinu. Boðið er upp á garð- og garðútsýni. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great place to explore Puno. Quiet alley entrance with a very friendly staff. You should get the keypad code before arrival especially during the off season or you may have to wait a little. It's about 15 min. To plaza major but lots of cheap food options nearby. Local market 1 block away. Good food there.
