"I had an incredible stay at Hounza Lounge! The room with a balcony offered breathtaking views of Rakaposhi and Diran Mountain – waking up to that scenery was a dream. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, making it feel like a true retreat. The staff were amazing, especially Amir, who was thoughtful and seemed to anticipate all my needs. I initially booked for one night but ended up staying for a month because of the peaceful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Karimabad Bazaar. A special thank to the owner, Noushad, who went above and beyond to help me organize my trips, guide, taxidriver and make sure I had everything I needed. This is by far the most peaceful place in Karimabad, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!"

He was so approachable and very welcoming all the time. Although there was an electricity breakdown but as long as the it was available I had hot water facility. Room was cozy and not very cold.

Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Also, Sanaullah who picked us and became our tour guide showed us the beautiful Skardu is highly recommended to be your guide as, he is a down to earth human with a great personality.

From opening the gate we were greeted with smiles and open arms. It’s a family run place and everyone helps out. This is an amazing location for a family. They have large indoor and outdoor areas all of which are clean, new and very well maintained. They have facilities to wash clothes, reliable hot showers and a big area for parking. We had a car and trailer and it was no problem. Nothing was ever a problem. We would 100% recommend the Taaj Residence!
